This is a product that has been designed for those who are salaried or are paid wages either at the end of the week or monthly. In this situation we sign an MOU with the employer with an understanding that they will help us recover the money from the payroll.
It is required that the applicant MUST have three guarantors working in the same company to be to qualify for the loan. The applicant must also a pay slip and a spreadsheet showing the wages for the last period of twelve weeks. The maximum amount that the employee can qualify for this product is Ksh.40,000 paid back in a maximum period of three months in a reducing balance. This majorly used by our clients to meet emergencies like medical bills, school fess etc. The maximum amount can however be enhanced depending on the applicant’s basic pay.
The employers of the respective applicants MUST approve the applicant’s form confirming that there is no pending disciplinary action and that the applicant has not given any resignation notice. Priority is given to staff who has worked for more than three months and the maximum amount will also vary depending

- MOU between the customers employer and Okoa OML
- Verification from employer on the application form.
- Processing Fee, varying on amount applied for.
- 3 current pay slips
- Customer/ Guarantors passport photo and copy of ID
